Healing Racial Trauma

We are all descendants of a past united by trauma and survival. Racial trauma is a significant part of our shared history, and we are all impacted by it whether we are Black, Brown, African, Caribbean, Mixed-Race, African-American, "other" or a member of the Commonwealth family.

Those of us living in the United Kingdom are part of a unique and extraordinary history that carries the potential to unite and strengthen us all. 

This workshop is an opportunity to bring an issue pertinent to you or your family. If you or your family have experienced the trauma of exclusion because of your skin colour, slavery, female oppression, racism, emancipation, abuse, migration, partition, class, religious beliefs, childhood trauma, famine or war.
