For instance, the fear of abandonment, the need for control, or the struggle with self-worth could all be rooted in generational oppression, colonisation, and racial injustice. These experiences have left deep imprints not only in our systems but in our bodies, beliefs, and family stories.

From the perspective of systemic constellations, a unique approach that considers the generational transmission of trauma, we understand that trauma isn't just personal—it's a ripple effect. The pain of exclusion, of displacement, of witnessing injustice doesn't just 'go away.' It's passed down, unconsciously shaping how we move, connect, and see the world. Our ancestors' pain can feel like ours, yet understanding this can be the first step toward healing.
